The right technical solutions enable the Partnership to move away from traditional paper processes, collect information digitally, (which can be stored safely and securely) and, as a result, to be able to use it for the clinical management of patients.
Adopting a digital approach helps member organisations with decision making and enables high quality care to be delivered in different settings across different organisations in collaboration with patients and other clinical teams.
