NHS: a consumer-like experience
Watch our Managing Director Phil Turnock, explain via an interview with the Nexthink Experience team how ‘IT should just work’, especially in the NHS.
Digital transformation interview with CIO magazine
As the former Chief Digital Officer for NHS East and North Hertfordshire CCG (now Hertfordshire and west Essex ICB), Phil Turnock talks about leading the ambitious transformation of the group’s infrastructure and end user experience.
A key test of this came about in 2017, when the WannaCry ransomware attack wrought havoc across the NHS. The attack disrupted at least 80 out of 236 hospital trusts in England, as well as 603 primary care and affiliate NHS organisations – but none that worked with HBL ICT.
